Baltimore native, Tonya L. Moore started TLM Public Relations LLC out of passion, dedication and innovation in 2019. She successfully earned her Associates Degree in Fashion Marketing from American InterContinental University (AIU).  From there she earned her B.A. Degree in Hospitality, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).  In addition to excelling in the Philip J. Cohen Scholars Program and graduating from UNLV with honors, she was also a gaming innovation finalist in The Center for Gaming Innovation Program at UNLV. Tonya furthered her professional advancement by earning a M.A. in Public Relations from Full Sail University (FSU). During her matriculation at Full Sail University, she was also awarded the Salutatorian Award.

Tonya's professional roles have gained her experience in event productions and corporate relations at the prestigious BET Networks. That role allowed her to target African American audiences as she served in a leadership management role for BET events such as BET Awards, Bobby Jones Gospel, Black Girls Rock, BET Hip Hop Awards, Celebration of Gospel, Sunday's Best, Soul Train Awards, and BET Honors. She also gained hands-on experience as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. 

TLM Public Relations LLC is currently based in Atlanta to provide boutique consultancy in customized servicing for brands. Tonya has built her woman owned, veteran operated, and minority run business to support brand services in: Project Management, Media Relations, and Strategic Partnerships. Her multifaceted expertise provides services in the specialty areas of beauty, fashion, hospitality and entertainment. When she's not serving as your Dream Team for Success, Tonya enjoys volunteering at nonprofits, reaching 15,000 steps a day through walking, roller skating and bike riding. Despite residing in Atlanta she remains to be a true Baltimore Ravens football fan and steamed blue crab junkie while also being a beloved mother of two adult children.
